"ITMO Haypark" received the positive decision of state examination on the basis of digital model

The St. Petersburg public autonomous institution "Center of State Examination" issued the first positive conclusion concerning a digital information model of intra quarter outside engineering networks of ITMO Haypark. The ITMO University reported about it on December 23, 2020.

Within the project engineers of the project organization designed more than 30 km of networks of power supply, water supply, economic and household and storm sewerages, gas supply, thermal networks and communication networks. Development of the digital information model (DIM) of engineering infrastructure was performed in the 3D Autodesk Civil software product. And transfer of TsIM to the St. Petersburg Center of state examination was organized by means of the IFC format, – the vice governor of St. Petersburg Nikolay Linchenko explained.

In the territory of about 260,000 square meters the Second campus of the ITMO University and also scientific centers, hostels for students, in the long term — the Technology valley (Tekhdolina) and the Business park will be constructed. Construction of the first stage which assumes construction of the main academic building, student's club and one of the body of hostels of the university should be completed in 2023.

ITMO Haypark passed a stage in approval of the project – one of the first, but from it not less important. All our project should become the last word in town planning, science, training and technologies. And we are glad that could receive approval of a digital information model, - the CEO of ITMO Haypark Andrey Nazarov noted.

The ITMO Haypark will become a polygon for merge of interests of the state, science and business. The mission and vision of the project are directed to disclosure of potential of the person, creation of an ecosystem for growth of talents, qualities of life and the capitals. The project is directed to application studies and developments in the field of the cyberphysical systems, photonics, quantum and biochemical technologies. The project is financed by the Government of the Russian Federation, St. Petersburg and private investors.
