Via Kontur.Diadok the Party of Pensioners of Russia company sends more than 1,000,000 documents a year. Announced this SKB Kontur on December 24, 2020.

Use electronic document management (e-document flow) in Party of Pensioners of Russia company since 2016. During this time the operator of fuel cards transferred to e-document flow already 70% of partners. The volume of the documents sent through Kontur.Diadok service exceeds one million a year. And the scale of transactions continues to grow.

Upon transition to electronic document management the Party of Pensioners of Russia company aimed to make exchange of documents convenient and operational for the clients. When documents were prepared in paper form and directed by mail, delivery could take several weeks. Thanks to e-document flow technology between sending and obtaining documents there passes less than a minute. And the delivery cost of a document package managed to be reduced four times.

Integration Circuit. The Diadoc with the accounting system of the company allowed to automate unloading, signing and sending documents. Routine transactions began to take less time personnel. As a result resources of employees redistributed that helped to accelerate implementation of new projects

In four years the project gained serious steam both in volumes of assignable documents, and regarding automation of their processing. The company began to exchange electronic documents with partners via the web interface. The project on workflow automation started in 2019. For integration the Diadoc is used. The connector which signs and sends documents and also is responsible for creation of archive. Specialists of the Diadoc finished web forms of electronic documents to visualize them in a type, usual for receivers. Electronic documents when viewing a printed form look the same as earlier on paper. Situation in the world and restrictive measures because of a pandemic promoted our concentration on development of electronic document management with partners.
