During the project problems of the organization of address storage, control automation by intra warehouse movements, to accounting of a remaining balance by dates of production and expiration dates, setup of the automated data exchange were solved with a corporate information system.

The project team of AXELOT conducted examination of a warehouse and, relying on the revealed features of warehouse processes and need of the customer, made setup of the WMS model. Specialists of AXELOT company developed the scheme of integration and using the service data bus DATAREON ESB implemented data exchange both from WMS, and from a corporate information system. After training of future users of WMS and conducting tests the warehouse management system was put into commercial operation.

WMS from AXELOT in real time manages all transactions in a warehouse of the Dmitrogorsky dairy plant, carrying out the accounting of goods by dates of production and expiration dates. Transparent work of a warehouse and the adjusted integration between WMS and CIS became the main project deliverables. Thanks to a linking of two systems information not just on stock remainders, but also about the complete history of the movement of goods is available from the moment of receipt from production until shipment at any moment.

Development and the subsequent replication by the implemented WMS is planned.
