KRET begins deliveries of not having analogs in Russia of electronic price labels in the largest retail chain stores

On December 25, 2020 KRET announced the beginning of deliveries of electronic graphic price labels (ESL) to large retail chain stores of the country. Among buyers of these products – "ER Telecom holding", DNS and Snezhnaya Koroleva.

New development, according to in KRET, has no analogs in Russia: the difference is that, in addition to function of automatic update of information on goods, it has the built-in sense and sound lights (facilitates search of goods) and also the call key of the seller.

Besides, as the CEO of KRET, the curator of the Novgorod and Mari departments of Russian Engineering Union Nikolay Kolesov said, the Russian technology is cheaper foreign therefore it "it will be guaranteed is demanded".

The display of the electronic price label displays data on cost and characteristics of goods. Change of information is performed remotely at the command of parent organization. For management the smartphone, the tablet, the personal computer or other device which will allow to use for communication with price labels of Bluetooth can act as base. The range of such base in a trading floor is stated at the level of 40 meters, one device can cover 65 thousand price labels.

According to developers, electronic price labels are especially useful to large network shops as they allow to lower significantly labor costs and to increase the level of service.

The first batch of electronic price labels will be delivered to customers at the beginning of 2021. Also the producer conducts negotiations with other largest retailers.

The high competition promotes increase in customer focus of retail chain stores. Considering that electronic price labels provide significant quality improvement of service, it is possible to tell with confidence that demand for them will steadily grow — Nikolay Kolesov is sure.[1]
