Relying on positive results of long-term cooperation with AXELOT company which began with an implementation project of WMS, the management of Lakra Group again addressed the checked partner with a problem of control automation by processes of transportations based on the AXELOT TMS X4 system. The Lakra Group company set before itself the following purposes:

• Control automation by transportations;
• Simplification of interaction with third-party carriers;
• Integration with an internal corporate information system;
• Decrease in labor costs on preparation of routes.

In the course of implementation the following criteria of automatic planning of runs on intracity and interregional delivery were configured: restrictions on delivery zones, observance of diagrams of acceptance of loads and deliveries of JustInTime, selection of the most optimal transport. In addition time management of giving of large-capacity transport on unloading for certain classifications of the addresses of clients, for example, the markets was provided. At automatic planning of runs at the level of the selected addresses restriction for time of giving of large-capacity transport is set. On the basis of such restriction distribution of orders and accounting of the sequence of a detour is provided by category of transport that allows to reduce influence of a human factor on results of routing of runs.

Due to automatic routing labor costs of logisticians were reduced, the guarantee of respect for the set criteria along routes is provided and also it is reduced as influence human a factor at distribution of orders, and dependence of the company on employees as governed and the logician of creation of runs are shifted to a system.

At creation of routes a system uses as permanent vehicles of the company, and allows to build routes with the further choice of carrier taking into account the requirements to transport set along such routes. Selection of transport of third-party carriers is made via the tender TMS portal. The carrier receives the notification about providing transport by mail with the link to logging into the personal account of the portal where in the request for the vehicle requirement on transportation implementation is designated. Further the carrier creates the offer where sets the contractor on run and specifies the cost of such transportation. On a result of carrying out the tender by the responsible the choice of the best offer from carrier as a result of which of TMS mailing of reports on tendering process and the created runs is made for the management of transport department, and other employees is made.

The fact of accomplishment of runs is noted in a system automatically, without employee involvement, at the expense of the implemented processing of closing of runs every other day of date of a planned start of run. Such mechanism allows not only to minimize manual entry by employees, but also to make corrections in the course of accomplishment of a route if such are required. Tuning of automatic mailing of reports on transportations to a certain group of people was in addition performed. Within work on the project of automation of process of management of transportations integration between 1C: Trade Management and AXELOT TMS X4 systems by means of the data bus DATAREON ESB was implemented.

On the party of a corporate system automatic unloading of data on the needs for transportation in the form of requests for delivery which can include different documents initiators was configured. On the party of AXELOT TMS information on the addresses and their classifications, time windows of acceptance and weight and dimensional characteristics of a load is surely considered that directly affects further quality of routing. During development of integration the functionality of a corporate system for accounting of a possibility of separation of loads into separate consignment notes on the party of AXELOT TMS was in addition expanded.

Use of the specialized software solution AXELOT TMS X4 allowed to reduce time for formation of routes by the logistician. Planning of runs is performed for several days ahead, and employees of a warehouse are automatically informed on the runs prepared during the day. Process of selection of carriers on runs within the tender became the most transparent.
