2015-2019: A monitoring system and managements of cybersecurity in an end-to-end system of data protection

Creation of situational Information Security Center using the Security Vision SOC system in State Corporation Rostec allowed to create the uniform center of the analysis of events from the different information security tools (IST) used in the Customer's infrastructure, to reveal the attacks and incidents of the information security (IS) at early stages at the expense of the analysis of events, to consolidate operational information and operational providing information for investigation of incidents of cybersecurity, to reduce time of response to cybersecurity incidents.

Within the project the following tasks were carried out:

• examination of IT infrastructure of the Customer is conducted and necessary information for creation of the concept of SOC and design is obtained;
• the concept of SOC including the description of processes, subsystems, stages of creation and development, key performance indicators, an organization structure of SOC is developed;
• SOC technical means with participation of employees of the Customer are implemented;
• trial operation is carried out, based on acceptance tests the product is accepted in commercial operation
• key staff of the Customer is trained in work with a system.
