Sberbank (Security Vision Cyber Risk System (CRS))

2018-2020: Creation of the automation system of risk management processes of cyber security

Implementation of Security Vision CRS in Sberbank provided operational decision making concerning cyber security which play an important role in strategic initiatives of Bank, its IT projects and IT infrastructure.

Within the project the following tasks were implemented:

• Automation of process of risks assessment of cyber security in business initiatives of a unique technique of Bank;
• Implementation of methodology of express risks assessment of cyber security for business users of Bank;
• Implementation of an oeprational risk management system regarding risks of information security according to requirements of provision of the Central Bank "About requirements to a management system for an operational risk in credit institution and banking group";
• Implementation of visually evident representation and reporting under processes of risks assessment of cyber security and to operational risk management;
• Integration with automated systems of Bank for the purpose of updating of the reference information – personnel information, data assets, incidents, etc.
