2020: System implementation of "Control Tower" for tracking of indicators of activity

On December 29, 2020 the Integro Teknolodzhis company (Integro Technologies) announced implementation in PJSC Aeroflot of the Control Tower system for tracking in real time of key indicators of productive activity of divisions and creation of dashboards for specialists of the crisis headquarters and company management in case of approach of crisis or faulty situations.

At decision making in a crisis or faulty situation all production departments need to communicate in uniform information and communication space, to unload data and to build forecasts automatically in real time. A project objective – reduction of time for working off and response to a crisis situation which is the limited and valuable resource influencing in some cases lives and health of passengers.

Staff of PJSC Aeroflot should be provided with a uniform multichannel accounting system and visualization of all production indicators of daily flight plan and operational activity at a faulty situation. It was required to carry out special multi-stage processing and harmonization of the arriving data, to develop algorithms of conversion and fast measure calculation, to personify visualization of results in operating conditions of a system in real time.

The Control Tower system in Aeroflot developed by specialists of Integro Technologies on the basis of settlement indicators allows to predict precisely risk of deterioration in productive activity for two days ahead and to beforehand notify users of a system for development of crisis response solutions.

Control Tower provides to airline management, representatives the headquarters - the emergency reaction and to specialists of operational change evident and reliable information about a situation in Sheremetyevo, - Kirill Bogdanov, CIO PJSC Aeroflot says. – Also data on all aircrafts of PJSC Aeroflot outside the basic airport are available. Main thing: Control Tower allows us to reduce a crucial component – time of response to failures in work, to predict risks of deterioration in a situation on perspective of 48 hours ahead and to perform informing all responsible persons involved in production process.

At approach of crisis and faulty situations Control Tower supplies the staff of Aeroflot with the most up-to-date information obtained due to the processing and aggregation given from about 15 production IT systems.

Within the project our experts jointly with specialists of Aeroflot performed a full stroke of works: from the analysis, design and development of Control Tower and before its implementation and carrying out acceptance tests, – the technical lead of projects of INTEGRO Technologies company Evgeny Golubev comments. – As one of the following steps it is going to turn on in composition the module of the predictive analysis and to apply algorithms of machine learning to prediction of development of a crisis and faulty situation at the basic airport "Sheremetyevo".

In the Control Tower system the possibility of preserving and maintaining historical data, records of indicators during failure and calculation of the separate elements necessary is also provided only in a crisis situation. It is the important tool at further analysis of the occurred origins of a faulty situation and quality evaluation of work of each division.
