The project was broken into two circuits – control of transport and management of transportations. It not only allowed project teams to concentrate the forces on solving of tasks in the specific directions, but also to accelerate project implementation.

In Fesko Trans a number of information systems which were responsible for different stages of business processes of transportations was used, however, there was no system providing integrated management of all processes of transport logistics. After the company management made the decision on need of implementation of a complex TMS system, market research was carried out. The choice was stopped on AXELOT TMS X4. The AXELOT company was engaged in implementation.

For maintaining a payroll of motor transport tools on accounting of the vehicles (V) with a possibility of control of their status, the acting fixed drivers and also the current hitches of the CU and semi-trailers were implemented. Connection to the different systems of satellite monitoring is implemented that allows to obtain information on location of the CU, given from sensors and information on events in run.

The implemented tools on accounting and control of validity periods of documents with a possibility of storage of scans allowed the staff of the enterprise to get quick access to information on different documentation and to perform its timely sending to customers on demand. In general the possibility of delay of documents and failure of giving of vehicles to the line for this reason was excluded.

One of requirements of Fesko Trans LLC was automation of process of the statement and accounting of waybills and control of the movement fuel and lubricants at accomplishment of transportations. Use of AXELOT TMS X4 allowed to implement accomplishment of a full stroke of accounting – from the statement before return of the waybill and also to considerably reduce duration of this process.

For maintenance of the park in technically serviceable condition of mechanics use possibilities of AXELOT TMS X4 regarding accounting and control of maintenance and repairs (MRO) now. Before start of a system at the enterprise the complete inventory of the rolling stock was carried out. Collected information was entered in TMS where using a system control of development and a residual resource of all buses, nodes and units is exercised now.

Possibilities of AXELOT TMS X4 regarding cost calculation on cargo transportation allow to solve effectively problems and of the cost accounting of own vehicle fleet of Fesko Trans LLC. A TMS system allows to consider different types of costs, distributing them on specific runs, shipping requests or in proportion to different parameters and also on different combinations of these parameters.

Planning of runs is made in the manual mode by means of the automated workplace of the logistician, on the created runs automatic calculation of delivery cost on the basis of the tariffing set in a system at certain parameters of run is performed. When planning the logistician operates with data from AXELOT TMS X4 on the working schedule of the driver assigned to the specific CU that allows to observe a work-rest schedule.

Important feature of the project it is possible to note integration of AXELOT TMS X4 with the EKODOR system used for automation of terminal services within container transportations. When forming run to TMS automatic formation of the request in the ECOR system is configured. Automatic loading of the statuses of a container on the terminal from a system ecorB of a financial part is implemented automatic loading of accounts from the EKODOR system with detailing to a container is finished. Automatic reexposure of these expenses to clients by each container is implemented.

Special line of the project it is possible to call automation of a system of formation of registers of the rendered services, drawing of accounts and allocation of costs which allows to control income and costs for transport logistics by requests and runs.

Thanks to AXELOT TMS X4 it was succeeded to reduce labor costs of personnel and to increase efficiency of informing participants of transportation due to automatic sending notifications to all participants of process.
