2020: 550 billion rubles are selected for upgrade of primary link of health care in Russia
At the end of December, 2020 Ministry of Health approved health care Russian Federation the Upgrade of Primary Link departmental target program (DTP). Till 2025 550 billion rubles, including 100 billion rubles in the 2021st are selected for its implementation.
Among its main tasks — approach of primary medical aid to the residence and works for all groups of the population of the country, increase in availability in villages and settlements, updating of material and technical resources according to standards of equipment, ensuring transport availability.
The program includes plans for capital repair on 3973 health care facilities and to construction 7324 new, to equipment of medical institutions in localities with the population to 50 thousand people of 130 thousand items of equipment. 488.6 billion rubles from the federal budget are planned for these purposes, the rest will be added by regions.
6.33 billion rubles will be spent for implementation of regional programs of upgrade in the organizations of the Federal Medical Biological Agency (FMBA) of Russia in 2021-2025.
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin charged to upgrade primary link of health care.
