2020: Release schedules of an automated system of production control
The Ruselectronics holding of State Corporation Rostec will begin in 2021 release and implementation of an automated system of production control on the basis of technologies of machine vision and hearing. The general budget of the investment project makes 50 million rubles from which 40 million rubles are provided by Fund of development of the industry in the form of a concessional loan according to the Industry Digitalization program. Rostec reported about it on December 29, 2020.
A system exercises handmade complex control of personnel on production, checking actions of employees for compliance of technology documentation. It allows to minimize influence of a human factor and an error probability. Each workplace is equipped with the tablet, the video camera with the microphone and also a set of different sensors: temperatures, humidity, dust content and illumination of the premises and also pressure, pulse and body temperature.
A system executes monitoring of production premises and jobs, carries automatically out biometric identification of workers on the person and a voice, checks existence of protective clothes, controls observance of the security regulation.
The solution is developed by NPP Almaz (enters into Ruselectronics). Test system implementation will begin at the enterprise in the second quarter 2021. Within pilot operation 95 jobs will be equipped.
The first sample of a system was unrolled on NPP Almaz about a year ago. Experience of its application showed that the solution allows to reduce the number of defects, to increase development by one employee at least for 5% a year and as a result to reduce product cost by 5%. Thanks to support of IDF the enterprise had an opportunity to scale the solution. After carrying out pilot operation we will be ready to equip with our equipment jobs at other enterprises of the industry, – the CEO of NPP Almaz Mikhail Apin told. |
