On December 28, 2020, CSI announced that Dionysus Group had reduced IT costs with an updated cash system.

Penza retail chains Caravan"" Duty Free and (part of the Dionysus Group of Companies) transferred the cash desks of all 218 stores to Set Retail 10. With this cash system, it was possible to reduce - IT resources for support by 30%, get rid of a significant part of the annual update costs ON and accelerate customer service by 3%.

The previous cash box office decision did not support centralized management, which complicated the change in box office settings and version updates, and you had to pay extra for improvements, including those caused by legislative changes. After studying the cash market, 2 solutions were included in the short list of the Civil Code in terms of functionality. Set Retail 10, developed by CSI, showed compliance by 95% - and since August 2020, the system has been managing all 680 store cash registers.

The retailer abandoned the external loyalty system that it used before the update in favor of the Set Retail built-in loyalty module and actively uses its discount mechanics - discounts, coupons, stock prices, sets and more. In addition, the network's IT specialists returned to the development of a bonus system of their own development, wrote a plugin and integrated it with Set Retail - this system is responsible for accruing bonuses to employees and gift cards of the network.

Support for specific ones has been implemented business processes - printing price tags from the cash desk, setting up for regional time limits trade with alcohol, rounding off kopecks of the check only with cash payment and others. The Set Kit service is used in conjunction mobile application with to work with Internet customer orders.

IT resources for system technical support decreased by 30% - including therefore the number of employees in the TP service decreased from 10 to 6. Previously, it took a week and a remote connection to each cash register to upgrade the cash register version in all networks. Now this is done quickly and "from one window." In addition, cash registers computers worked under management - OS Windows with the transition to Set Retail on the OS, the Linux total number of incidents with viral damage decreased several times.

The purchase of OS licenses and antivirus were a significant expense when opening a store. If you take the average value of previous expenses, then on the scale of the Civil Code with the existing opening schedule, savings will be over 1,000,000 rubles per year. All Set Retail updates are free, and the system is always ready to work with any legislative changes.
