2020: Automation of approval of agreements in EDMS Docsvision

The company "Digital Design" on December 30, 2020 announced system implementation electronic document management (EDMS) on the platform Docsvision in the company "Marvel Distribution", one of IT-distributors in Russia and the countries CIS.

In a system for December, 2020 about 300 users work. The main objectives of a system - automation of process of approval of agreements, the automated processing of primary accounting documentation, approval of powers of attorney, creation of uniform storage of contractual and primary accounting documents.

Marvel Distribution has more than 4500 dealers therefore process of approval of agreements — one of the most important components of partner interaction. Each document passes several stages of approval in different divisions therefore it was required to lower load of users and to shift determination and formation of a route of approval depending on document type to the workflow system.

Specialists Digital Design together with department of automation of Marvel Distribution made integration with 1C for synchronization of the reference book of employees and data acquisition about powers of attorney in force and the ERP system for transfer of finance documents. Based on the platform processing of financial documentation is automated that allowed to reduce labor costs by preparation and search of necessary documents and also always to have their current versions in quick access. A system helps to process and check powers of attorney of external customers for relevance and to execute comparison to the signed primary accounting documentation.

In plans of the customer further development of a system, its functionality and scaling, including system implementation of stream scanning of primary documentation from partners and recognition of information and also automatic formation of cards.
