2020: Start of Command center production

On December 29, 2020 the Ankomp company announced end of a complex of works on creation and the organization of Command center as production GAZPROMNEFT-NOYABRSKNEFTEGAZ in Muravlenko.

According to the company, the created digital medium allows the heads responsible for work of the center now, operational to make management decisions.

During the project on creation of TsUD Ankomp made updating of architectural concepts of the premises, built the necessary engineering systems and made design, delivery, installation and a commissioning of a multimedia complex.

For the organization of space the floor of the available building, of 700 sq.m. where forces of Ankomp LLC made complete dismantling of the available engineering systems and walls was selected, constructions are built, finishing is made, and the engineering systems under tasks of the center are constructed.

Command center production

Among technical solutions the following was applied:

  • the power supply system is constructed taking into account required loading. The panel board equipment is executed using a power equipment of Schneider Electric, and sockets are executed based on the products Legrand. For ensuring continuousness of work and support of working capacity all vital systems of the building are connected to the supply system constructed based on the Office of the modular UPS with three-phase power to production modules Parus-Electro
  • for ensuring fast passing of video signals between sources the structured cabling system (SCS) is constructed using the fiber optic NIKOMAX cable
  • for maintenance of comfortable temperature condition the ventilation and air conditioning system based on the climatic equipment of Electrolux is constructed
  • are installed and integrated into existing systems sensors of a fire and security alarm, the video surveillance system existing in the building is expanded
  • for equipment of jobs it was used the automated jobs of Lenovo. For flexible configuration of network the switching equipment of Huawei and Cisco was used
  • for control of videowalls a system sound and video of switching on IP- to the protocol Extron and also a management system of video content and video data of the company is used Barco
  • for obtaining the image permission split screens on professional seamless panels of Samsung, the interactive NEC panels, projectors of Epson with a brightness of 7,000 lm are used
  • offices of ruvovoditel, zone of experts and conference rooms are equipped with the VKS system of Polycom with ceiling microphones of the directed sound of Sennheiser

The engineering systems are integrated with a management system for the premises based on Extron which allows to manage the building using touchpads on walls, for example, to manage lighting, a climatic system, rolled and portyerny curtains, shading by lighting of partitions, the sound level in conference rooms, to manage video sources. In the solution devices of video switching of NAV of series 501 which in addition to audio, videos to signals allow to switch also USB for creation of the flexible KVM system were used. For the project the multifunction processor of management of the IPCP Pro series – developed for use in the most different AV systems with LinkLicense that allows to configure and use flexibly user interfaces on BYOD devices was selected.

Scoring is performed based on the DMP DMP Plus 128 AT device with Dante support that allowed to transfer completely switching of audio from sources to network infrastructure. Encoders and NAV decoders exchange audio signals with the DSP platform on network by means of AES67 protocol.

In architecture of interiors non-standard solutions for work of space were also applied:

  • in the course of carrying out construction and finishing works modern proper materials were used: combinations of rack and acoustic ceilings of different types, the stationary and transformed darkened stationary partitions in a combination with a covering of walls paint and a covering HPL panels, a carpet with proper degree of wear resistance, resistance to aggressive means and sound absorption. For ergonomics of the premises and furniture of conference rooms using the transformed partitions it is possible to integrate conference rooms and a part of space of a corridor in only several minutes.
  • for ergonomics of jobs furniture of the German production is used: chairs with adjustment of a back, sitting, armrests and the swing mechanism adjusted on rigidity; the tables with adjustment of height of a table-top giving an opportunity individually to pick up provision, to change an operation mode sitting and standing during the working day.
  • the room of "unloading" in which employees have an opportunity for very short period to recover productivity is equipped. The individual atmosphere of the restroom is created using special lighting and the projected image. In the room the track for walking, a massage chair and the capsule of a dream is set.

Despite difficult climatic conditions and remoteness of an object from head office of integrator and also feature of interaction and work in the conditions of COVID-19 pandemic, the project was implemented in only 4 (four) months.
