2021: Opening of head office in Rostov-on-Don

The InCountry company announced on January 20, 2021 opening of head office in Rostov-on-Don, the Russian Federation. In addition, the InCountry company confirmed compliance to all requirements of the Russian Federal Law "About Personal Data" (No. 152-FZ).

The entered on July 27, 2006, Russian Federal Law "About Personal Data" (No. 152-FZ) regulates personal data processing of subjects in the territory of the Russian Federation and/or storage, collecting and moving of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation to foreign countries. The law is also applied at interstate data transmission if the Russian citizen accepts conditions of the service platform, or the user agreement of the foreign operator of data, and/or grants permission to the operator of data for collecting and use of personal data, for example, in online stores.

Following earlier delivered mission, solutions of InCountry company for January 20 completely conform to all requirements of the Federal Law "About Personal Data" (No. 152-FZ). For gain of presence in the region, the company opened head office in Rostov-on-Don.
