"The news of media" was implemented by Docsvision 5.5 for business process optimization

2020: Implementation of Docsvision 5.5

Employees of "A news of media" work with the entering, outgoing and internal documents, tasks, local regulating documents, agreements and accounts in EDMS based on the Docsvision 5.5 platform now. The project implemented by Digital Design company allowed to accelerate operational processes, to improve control of performing discipline and to increase the level of information security. The last reported about it on January 11, 2021.

JSC News media is the Russian media holding which integrates digital-resources: Life, Mash and Super, Zhizn newspaper, Gigarama laboratory, creative agency "Izyum" and agency of communication solutions FIVEPUBLIC. Since 2001 the company develops media, and in this sphere the information exchange rate has the special importance.

Before employees of "A news of media" worked with the paper document revision, and for information exchange used e-mail that did not exclude risk of loss and complicated control of the movement of documents. In the 2020th year the company initiated the project on automation of office-work for acceleration of operational processes, improvement of control of performing discipline and increase in level of information security.

For optimization and gain of control of financial processes of media holding deep integration with a 1C system which helped to minimize risks of providing incorrect information and accelerated processing of payment documents at all stages was provided. Integration with the accounting system of 1C allows to exchange data of reference books of partners and participants of holding, information on checking accounts with automatic check of relevance of bank details.

By means of system implementation of electronic document management it was succeeded to make processes of holding by more transparent, to provide integrity and relevance of information, to increase employee performance at the expense of business process optimization and to provide to the management the powerful tool for the analysis and control of execution of instructions.
