2014: SAP implementation of EWM and SAP Yard Logistics for warehouses in Dolgoprudny and Kursk

The project on implementation of the WMS system of management of the warehouse SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and managements of the yard of SAP Yard Logistics (YL) for raw-material storages and finished goods warehouses in Dolgoprudny and in Kursk Pharmstandard companies is implemented.

The first stage of the project

The first stage of the project was devoted to development of the concept of construction of a warehouse complex for storage of pharmaceutical products.

The achieved project objectives:

• The concept of construction of a warehouse complex taking into account a physical landscape of the land plot and taking into account the planned volumes of storage and processing is created
• The analysis of business processes is carried out
• Calculation of personnel, technicians, the rack systems is made
• Calculation of storage areas with different temperature and moist characteristics according to the GMP standards (Good Manufacturing Practic, Proper production practice) — the system of regulations, rules and instructions concerning production of medicines, medical devices, products of diagnostic appointment, food, nutritional supplements and active ingredients is made.

The second stage of the project

The second stage of the project is a direct implementation of the SAP EWM and SAP YL systems in warehouses of JSC Pharmstandard in Dolgoprudny and Kursk.

The implemented functionality:

• Management of structure and resources of a warehouse
• Accounting of processes of revenues to a warehouse, отпуска�Учет internal transfers including replenishment of cells
• Wave selection
• Accounting of tare places
• Development of printed forms, including specialized forms for the pharmaceutical industry
• Accounting of the temperature and moist modes at storage and shipment of goods
• Maintaining packing materials
• Processes of a stikerovaniye, palletizing, RFID
• Inventory, including work with discrepancies (Zero check)
• Integration with SAP ERP
• Mesh storage
• Management of the yard of SAP YL (Yard Logistics)
