Transtelecom organized Wi-fi network for the Center of children's and family holiday Lokomotiv

2020: Organization of free wireless Internet access

On January 18, 2021 the Transtelecom company announced a possibility of free wireless Internet access for guests of the departmental center of children's and family holiday Lokomotiv of the Kaliningrad railroad.

The center is located on the bank of the Baltic Sea in the resort of Zelenogradsk. Within the project specialists of Transtelecom company organized 117 points of Wi-fi of access, provided delivery and installation of equipment and also balancing and commissioning. Now guests of the center of rest can go online through Wi-fi network which covers all premises of the main and administrative body and also the park territory. For users this network is seamless: having authorized once, further the device will be connected to it automatically, irrespective of movement between Wi-Fi by points.

Transtelecom Company cooperates with the Russian Railway in projects on providing public Wi-Fi long ago. So, free wireless Internet access for passengers and visitors of stations acts already more than on 200 objects of Russian Railways. It is sure that the quality of the works performed within this project will receive positive assessment of our partners, and cooperation will be long and mutually advantageous, - the Director of the macroregion commented on the North of JSC Transtelecom Company Vadim Skripnik.

It should be noted that the project on equipping of the center of children's and family holiday Lokomotiv Wi-Fi network was implemented by Transtelecom company in a short time – within two months. Access to a fast and high-quality communication for guests of the departmental center of rest emphasizes dynamic development of the Kaliningrad railroad and its status as hi-tech enterprise, - the deputy chief of the Kaliningrad railroad Pavel Goncharov commented.
