On January 19, 2020 Technoserv announced cooperation with the domestic exporter of grain by Mirogroup Resources company.

Technoserv provided to the customer virtual infrastructure based on VMware for ensuring smooth operation of a part of business applications, including 1C, corporate information systems and infrastructure of virtual desktops (VDI). The service of support of VDI was developed by provider specially under tasks of the company and it appears on an exclusive basis. The virtualized jobs of employees are placed in a cloud the Technoserv Cloud now, allowing to support a remote format of work if necessary. Their management and protection are performed on a centralized basis that considerably simplifies work of IT specialists of the company. Also the VDI technology provides reducing costs for service of the user jobs.
