Smart Farming Club is the expert community of leaders of agro-industrial complex focused on transformation of HSC regarding technology progress. For January, 2021 godp representatives of 53 companies working in spheres of HSC and information technologies from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok are among participants of SFC. The land fund of the resident enterprises of Club exceeds 2.6 million hectares, and annual revenues are more than 500 billion rubles.

2021: Creation of the platform
More than 50 Russian agricultural producers created the platform for exchange of experience and promotion of initiatives in the field of digitalization of agro-industrial complex of the country – Smart Farming Club (SFC, "Club of smart agriculture") what the last and announced on January 19, 2021.
The main objectives of club are an elimination of problem points in processes of digitalization of agro-industrial complex of Russia and exchange of the best practices for formation of global trends in processes of technology development of HSC, – the chairman of SFC and the board member of Ekonivatekhnika-Holding Bjørn Drexler comments. – We calculate that work of such expert platform integrating, both agricultural producers, and suppliers of smart solutions for HSC, will accelerate penetration of digital solutions into agriculture and will make it more effective. |
For January, 2021 years of establishment of SFC his members became more than 50 owners and top managers of the large Russian agroholdings which are responsible for digitalization of business of the agroenterprises and their development. Also representatives of developer companies of solutions in the field of automation of agriculture and development of technologies of "smart agriculture" became clubmen. According to organizers, the total number of club will exceed 1000 participants from Russia, the CIS countries and other states.
It is supposed that Smart Farming Club will become not only the platform for exchange of experience. In the long term the club can be engaged in development of standards and regulations in the field of digitalization and automation of HSC and also preparation of offers on formation of a regulatory framework on regulation in this sphere.
Analytical and research activity and also consultation of participants of the market of HSC concerning digitalization, both on specific technical solutions, and on the different corresponding projects providing large-scale implementation of IT solutions in business of agricultural producers can become other activities of SFC.
Many participating companies of club already have the corresponding experience, – Mr. Dreksler emphasizes. – Also it is not about automation of standard business processes of the enterprises, like accounting or personnel records, and about automation of primary activity of agricultural enterprises. |
