Start of sales 870 EVO in Russia

In Russia sales of solid state drives of Samsung of the SATA series – 870 EVO started. On February 9, 2020 reported about it in Samsung Electronics company.

870 EVO

According to the company, series 870 EVO is equipped with V-NAND chips and controllers of Samsung that allows drives to reach the necessary speed of a consecutive read and write of 560 Mbps and 530 Mbps respectively. Due to use of the variable SLC buffer the Intelligent TurboWrite technology in drives maintains proper performance level. Besides, drives of series 870 EVO received for 38% the optimized speed of any reading, in comparison with the previous models 860, and provide the improved user interaction during the work in the multitasking mode, web browsing or just when loading the PC.

870 EVO received approximately for 30% big stability of performance in comparison with 860 EVO and also a resource written terabyte (TBW) in the amount of 2400 TB or the 5-year limited warranty for the TB model 4.
