2021: Creation of insurance company

In January, 2021 it became known of creation of insurance company by the transport and logistic holding Case, largest in Russia (the founder and the CEO — the businessman Sergey Shishkarev).

It is about Insurance Agent Ruskon strakhovaniye LLC which was registered in Moscow on January 13, 2021 with the authorized capital of 100 thousand rubles, Interfax with reference to these systems SPARK-Interfax reports. The press service of group Case confirmed creation of the company and explained that she answers the development strategy of Ruskon Group on expansion of additional services at transport and logistic business of group.

The new company will consolidate competences on cargo insurance of clients for the purpose of providing the first in ratio solution "price reliability" — reported Interfax in the press service of group Case.

Owners of Insurance Agent Ruskon strakhovaniye LLC became entering into holding Case of Russky konteyner LLC and Ruskon LLC (99% and 1% of stocks respectively), both societies are registered in Novorossiysk. The former co-owner of Krasnodar Thermal Networks LLC and Kubanstroyservice LLC Alexey Fominov is appointed the CEO of new insurance company. The main All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities of Insurance Agent Ruskon strakhovaniye LLC — activity of insurance agents and brokers.

Insurance in logistics is one of permanent inevitable items of expenditure. Perhaps, after consolidation of TransContainer the management of firm arrived at an idea that it is worth closing in holding all main services, including financial. So the company could be opened for economy reasons on costs — the analyst of the company Fried Finance Valery Yemelyanov considers.[1]
