The management system for queue of NEURONIQ was implemented in Delivery Club company (Moscow). On January 21, 2021 Technologies of the Futures reported about it.

Daily the staff of the organization accepts up to 800 couriers concerning employment, issue of equipment, payments, obtaining maps of partners, etc. The electronic queue of the NEURONIQ system is applied to the organization and flux profile of couriers. This solution allows to optimize work and to improve the atmosphere of waiting.

The hardware and software system helps visitors not to get confused with offices and a large number of employees, to reduce quantity of help questions owing to what the time spent of couriers at office decreases, and the probability of the conflicts decreases. NEURONIQ Queue improves personnel working conditions that is reached by decrease in stress loads and increase in concentration of attention on the serviced visitor.

It is provided for company management statistic reports, the including data on the most demanded services, the loaded employees, average time of acceptance. Thus, the intelligent system of NEURONIQ promotes increase in efficiency and increase in capacity of office.
