According to the company, "1C: A planned power supply CORP" – the solution for creation of uniform regional (municipal) schedule system and management of a collective power supply on catering departments of the subordinated organizations (the organization of preschool, general, primary and secondary professional education and in other organized collectives (medical institutions, improving the camp, sports schools, etc.)), including: calculation and accounting of products, nutritional and technology accounting, the summary reporting under merchandising, access control, the uniform normative reference information, means of the consolidated planning.

When developing "1C: A planned power supply CORP" experience of implementation and operation of a line of solutions "1C was considered: Planned power supply".

The program provides accomplishment of the following tasks:

• Maintaining a card file of dishes with regulations of a tab of products, the description of a dish and technology of preparation, data on nutrients. Data of structure of products of a dish include: net, gross, withdrawal of cold processing, loss at culinary processing, the mass of products after culinary processing (exit), structure of technology processes.
• Maintaining standard cyclic menus on several diets (diets, age, categories, etc.).
• Maintaining the nomenclature of products, including: withdrawal regulations at cold processing, data on nutrients, specifications, codes for information joining with external programs, units of measure.
• Conducting enrollment of nutrients (characteristics of nutrition value) of variable structure. Calculation of nutrients of dishes for structure of products taking into account losses at culinary processing.
• Possibility of loading and unloading of compoundings, standard menus, products and data on nutrients from external sources in XML format of Retsepturnik.
• Development of compoundings of dishes and standard menus with the accompanying calculations.
• Calculation of the order of products to the supplier, including a possibility of unloading of the electronic request.
• Accounting of products in warehouses: arrival, expense, movements of goods, remaining balance, inventory.
• Separation of accounting by types of cash flow (financing sources).
• Optional accounting of products on batches, including data on storage lives, sanitary certificates, specific units of measure (banks, long loafs, etc.).
• Amount-based accounting of a remaining balance of goods on storage locations.
• Calculation of regulations of withdrawal of cold processing on the arrived raw materials batch with execution of "The act of study".
• Accounting of number eating on categories eating on days and meals. Web services for giving of number eating from external programs.
• Maintaining calendar of the standard menu.

Along with forms of the fixed format the program contains also traditional reports: turnover balance sheets, summary sheets, the price list, requests, orders and others, developed for this data domain.
• Unloading of documents on the movement of products in the system of accounting of 1C: Accounting using the mechanism of converting of data. Unloading of these menus is in addition provided in the external file for delivery in the centralized accounting.
