In Russia service of an electronic tip to doctors is started

At the end of January, 2021 in Russia earned service of an electronic tip for health care. It received the name "Gratitude to the Doctor". The project is implemented by the Prodoktorov portal together with CloudPayments.

On the website "Prodoktorov" the patient can anonymously thank the doctor for the rendered treatment or acceptance, having transferred it the amount on the discretion — from 49 rubles to 3000 rubles for one transaction. This option is not obligatory for the doctors registered on the portal.

The doctor will be able to select whether to join to him the offered program or to refuse participation. Service works via the Thank button in a profile. To begin to work with a system, the doctor needs to turn on function in the personal account through "Receiving settings". There it is possible to get acquainted with terms of use of service and to confirm the phone number to which the cloud purse will be tied.

The Prodoktorov service acts as the platform for implementation of an initiative on a nonprofit basis (the fee for transfers is charged only by a payment system). The legislation existing by January, 2021 considers such system of thanks as a gift which is not assessed with the PIT.

The transferred funds will affect balance in a personal account of the doctor on the website of the partner of the project from where it will be able to bring them to the bank card. The portal does not charge the fee for transfers — it is done only by a payment system.

Gratitude — always a pleasant, and, above all voluntary action. And it is very good that there is one more tool to tell the doctor "thanks", and fair and transparent. The patient always knows that the financial gratitude found the hero, without excess gestures and questions — "And how You Can Be Thanked?" — the urologist Konstantin Mokshantsev whose words are cited in the blog "Prodoktorov" noted.[1]
