The portable device of artificial ventilation of lungs for patients with complications after a koronavirusny infection is developed by the resident of the Moscow special economic zone Hirana + company. The first pilot prototype of the ventilator will appear at the end of August, 2021, reported Department of investment and industrial policy of the city of Moscow, according to the head Alexander Prokhorov, on January 27, 2021.

In the period of a pandemic ventilators became one of the most demanded types of the medical equipment. The industry headed for increase in volumes of their release and also component parts to them. The producer is going to market portable devices which will be useful not only when rendering the emergency help, but also the subsequent rehabilitation of patients with Covid-19, – Alexander Prokhorov told.

The created ventilator is intended for the help to patients with damage of lungs at Covid-19 in a hospital and also at care of heavy patients at home. Besides, mobile devices will be demanded in ambulance cars.

The project is implemented together with the Dutch partners – they help to create the engineering solution which will be realized on the platform of the SEZ "Technopolice "Moscow" with the maximum import substitution. In this regard the producer looks for a possibility of industrial cooperation with residents of the special economic zone for production of hi-tech electronic components, - the CEO of the SEZ "reported Technopolice "Moscow" Gennady Degtev.

For January, 2021 "Hirana +" in close cooperation with the Dutch company Demcon works on the design solutions allowing to combine the Dutch turbine module with components of the Russian production to provide necessary operational parameters of future ventilator, the deputy CEO for development of the company Artem Shimko specified.

This module will provide compactness of IVL. Ready devices will weigh only 3 kg and will be able to be used in the ambulance car even before arrival of the patient in a hospital. After tests and state registration of a product will come to serial release, - Artem Shimko told.

Enterprise capacities nat allow to produce January, 2021 more than 300 units of the medical equipment a year.
