At the end of January, 2021 it became known of plans of Federal institute of digital transformation in the field of education (FITsTO, Minprosveshcheniya belongs) to spend 800 million rubles for purchase of educational content for school students.

According to Kommersant with reference to technical specifications of the corresponding tender, for school students is going to buy podcasts, quests, platforms for virtual laboratory works in the form of applications on HTML5, a video lecture and audiobooks. Also games simulators (town-planning, space, military, biological), interactive maps and dynamic 3D - to the diagram will be purchased.

Purchase is connected with the state educational project "Russian Electronic School", explained to the edition in FITsTO. It is supposed that this digital platform will allow the school students for any of several reasons skipping classes to meet lacks in knowledge using video lessons.

According to the acting as the director of FITsTO Lyudmila Bokova, by the end of January, 2021 on the platform of NES video lectures and tests — quite poor tool kit for the teacher trying to interest school students are generally provided.

The managing partner of Skyeng Alexander Laryanovsky, having got acquainted with state procurement conditions, noted that winners tenders are obliged to give content completely is a single purchase with the subsequent unlimited use of content by the state. At the same time most of producers of content are ready to work on subscription model, but not single assignment of rights, he told.

According to the co-founder of Netology-group Maxim Spiridonov, the wide nomenclature of content on different subject creates difficulties both for teachers, and for pupils therefore "the methodicalness and the sequence at material selection is important".[1]
