Ostap automated payroll calculation

The Ostap holding, an objedinyayushchiya the different enterprises of the food industry, completed automation of payroll based on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system. The project is implemented by the Samara branch Komkon Project Group.

Due to the need the decision on automation of section of payroll was made to calculate salary to personnel on several legal entities in one base.

Within the project it was required to provide payroll calculation in total on 1000 people, to calculate costs for FOT on each of 15 shops, to consolidate data on a time recording from 15 shops in uniform information base.

One of features in holding is need of collecting and the analysis of sheets of a time recording on each of 15 shops. For automation of this process with the minimum licensing costs of the software the decision to organize information exchange through the free OpenOffice.org office suite used in the company was made.

The offered scheme looked as follows: the forms on a time recording created in "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in a format of spreadsheets automatically are sent by e-mail in shops. There these sheets are filled out in the Calc program of a packet OpenOffice.org and go to head office where are automatically loaded into 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8. Work with spreadsheets through 1C:Enterprise 8 was implemented using COM objects of a packet of OpenOffice.org.

In a project deliverable avtomatizirvoan the cost accounting on FOT on each of shops, forms the report on FOT and is automatically sent via e-mail on shops. Loading of sheets from spreadsheets of the xls format is automated. Printed forms of different documents according to standards of document flow of the company are finished. The project is executed in 3.5 months.
