Ostap

Ostap group – the large, dynamically developing holding existing since 1993 and integrating the different enterprises of the food industry. These are 15 round-the-clock supermarkets "Ostap" in Samara, Togliatti and Novokuybyshevsk, 5 pizzerias Sicily in Samara. In addition to well developed retail network, the Ostap holding includes also the plant on production of beer opened in 2007 and production of semi-finished products, joint with the Czech partners (confectionery, pastries, pelmeni, cutlets, pizzas, salads and so forth). Special attention is paid to development of the plant on production of beer: in 2009 production was expanded by 4 times, the staff of workers made 25 people. In assortment of brewery – the light beer (filtered and not filtered), dark, wheat and Vienna. The produced beer extends through corporate network of retails – supermarkets, pizzerias, booths.

All enterprises of Ostap Group are integrated by general strategy of development and are controlled from one center. Strong positions in the market, accurately built strategy of development and deep understanding of needs of target audience allow the enterprises of Ostap Group to master the regional market actively. Expansion of supermarket chain and pizzerias, new interesting projects of Ostap Group create new jobs, and careful selection of personnel and a training system allow to enter new qualified personnel into the industry.
