"The Peskovsky plant of stekloizdeliya" increases effective management of the enterprise

"The Peskovsky plant of stekloizdeliya" completed the project of creation of an end-to-end system of management based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8. The Sitis company was engaged in system implementation.

Before implementation of a complex ERP system at the plant means of "scrappy" automation were used. For obtaining exact and timely information on a status of the enterprise the management made the decision on creation of an end-to-end information system.

Within the project the following modules are brought into operation: accounting of settlement with suppliers and to buyers; cash accounting (cash desk, bank); fixed asset accounting and intangible assets; accounting of distribution and reflection of costs; accounting with advance holders; accounting of currency transactions; accounting of purchases; stock accounting, materials and MBP; sales accounting; production accounting; registration of personnel and payroll; tax accounting. The project is executed in four months.

In a project deliverable income of the enterprise increased, vendor relations and customers are improved. System implementation allowed to reduce also significantly time and quantity of errors by preparation of the accounting and management reporting.
