The Zagorsk pipe plant increases the level of industrial security using digitalization. The plant reported about it on January 29, 2021.

In the company the system of the automated recognition of people and objects in dangerous zones was implemented.

The project was implemented by internal resources of the company in 2 months. For January, 2021 a system is implemented and exercises control on 5 dangerous sections, at the same time within a year its considerable expansion is planned.

At the enterprise there is a number of the "red zones" regulated by special signals of traffic lights. In similar zones there is an automated movement of a pipe or pipe procurement in production cycle time, besides, in these zones also movement of employees is provided in those moments when the production cycle provides it. Thanks to system implementation now control of finding of employees and objects in "red zones", at an inhibit signal of the traffic light, is automated. At identification of the similar fact a system automatically informs the manager and also the employees who are responsible for observance of regulations of labor protection and industrial security.

Service of detection of inclusion of the warning signal of the traffic light was developed for implementation of a system by employees of an IT block of the company and integration with a video surveillance system of Trassir, production and development of the Russian company DSSL is carried out.

Trassir Neuro Detector is the detector of objects on the basis of neural networks for use for the purpose of security. He allows to detect with a high accuracy objects in a frame. At penetration of a foreign object in the set zone, a system originates a special record.

In 2021 for the purpose of increase in accuracy and system effectiveness specialists of the block in IT are going to integrate this system with the PCS level and to provide in control zones sound warning in case of detection of the person in a prohibited zone at the switched-on red traffic light. In addition, expansion of the zones controlled by the Trassir system to 12 sections is planned.
