2021: Start of service for viewing information on the course of enforcement proceeding on EPGU

At the beginning of February, 2021 earned the service allowing debtors and execution creditors from the portal of state services in real time to obtain information on the course of enforcement proceeding.

For sending an inquiry it is necessary to specify number of enforcement proceeding only. Reply to the request will contain the reason and an outstanding amount imposed on the debtor of restriction, action of court ushers for enforcement proceeding, their contacts, etc.

Service it is possible to order in the section Authorities — FSSP of Russia — "Providing information on the enforcement proceedings which are on execution concerning physical person and legal entity" — "Providing information on the course of enforcement proceeding (online)".

Residents of the Russian Federation can look on state services at the complete information about the debts now

As declared in the Federal Bailiff Service (FBS) of Russia, new service allows citizens to obtain the comprehensive information on all stages of enforcement proceeding.

Especially we want to note an opportunity for citizens to be aware of restrictions which can be imposed. So, for example, more than 3.5 million debtors are limited in the departure right abroad, more than 7 million resolutions on restriction of registration actions on vehicles are directed — reminded in department.

According to the Deputy head Mintsifra of Russia Dmitry Oguryaev, by February 4, 2021 about 25 thousand Russians use the FSPP new service. Also he noted high availability of service: in 90% of cases it issues results of a request within three seconds. On the page of the service it is reported that the result of a request appears in 30 seconds.

In addition to viewing data on the course of enforcement proceeding, on the portal of state services it is also possible to pay judicial debt, to submit the petition or other application within enforcement proceeding.^{[1][2][3][4][5]}]
