2021: Implementation of Galileosky terminals
Galileosky devices are used in a fuel control system for refueling vessels with fuel oil with Sakhalin Shipping Company. The solution paid off after the fourth gas station. The Galileoskay company (Galileo) reported about it on February 2, 2021.
Sakhalin Shipping Company, the only carrier on the Russian Far East Basin which is regularly delivering freights by the Okhotsk and Japanese seas. The fleet of the company has fifteen vessels, including the container carriers using fuel oil for February, 2021. The volume of one complete refueling the container carrier is about 240 tons of naval fuel oil. The Sakhalin shipping company needed to increase the accuracy of calculations for correct payment of gas station as the old counter even with manual check by a measured pole did not guarantee objective indicators.
The project was implemented by integrator "Orbit Specialist Center". For transfer data on server Wialon the Galileosky terminal of the 7th which, in addition, sends data to the flowmeter screen was selected. Also a cable trasses were stretched to the captain's bridge for control of gas station from three places at the same time.
The solution based on Galileosky terminals allowed Sakhalin Shipping Company to control the weight and amount of the filled fuel oil with a high accuracy. Notable results were shown already at the first application. They led to quality improvement of the arriving fuel and gave a serious argument at payment of the received fuel as the previous methods of calculation often provoked disputes with suppliers of fuel.
High quality of elements allowed to minimize difficulties when debugging the solution. In addition to reliability, the Galileosky terminal was selected and therefore that there is a possibility of further intellectual gain of a system algorithms Easy Logic. told Arina Bykonya, the project manager of SpTs Orbita LLC
