2021: Implementation "Korus Five-project management"
Corus Consulting Group announced on February 1, 2021 implementation in Sberservice of own boxed solution "Korus Five-project Management" and adapted a system for requirements of project office of the company. The solution allowed to arrange work and to consolidate data on more than 100 projects, having provided transparency of management and control over them.
Sberservice needed to consolidate all project activity in one system and to configure it so that heads could find, consolidate and analyze quickly project data, control and estimate efficiency of contractors.
System implementation allowed to centralize and arrange work of project office quickly. Daley specialists of the IT company made to the solution changes and the completions necessary for its adaptation under business processes of the customer: several specific analytical reports according to task lists and projects were created, role models are recustomized, dashborda are created and charts which in a convenient type show to users information on the statuses and stages of projects, visually provide data on existence of deviations from the plan.
Use of the boxed solution allowed to implement the IT system in a short time, and completion and adaptation helped to build in it the business processes existing in Sberservice. The implemented solution integrated in itself data on more than 100 projects, provided transparency of management, provided additional tools for tracking of terms of accomplishment of tasks, control points, a current status of projects, task allocation on managers and the course of their execution.
When implementing the project for Sberservice we managed to satisfy two main conditions of implementation of the boxed solution in the large company. First, for quick start the solution should be initially built according to the thought-over methodology – and the basic functionality "KORUS Five-project management" completely corresponded to requirements of Sberservice. Secondly, adaptation under specific individual requirements of the customer and a possibility of further development of a system requires permanent close interaction with future users, competent study of responses and wishes. After implementation of "box" we developed methodology of creation of special analytical reports and visualized them using deshbord on the basis of a feedback from specialists of Sberservice. As a result the KORUS Five-project Management system not only optimized activity of project office of Sberservice: helped to strengthen control and to accelerate management processes, – but also became really convenient tool for users which they regularly use, – Elena Piskunovich, the area director of Microsoft SharePoint of CORUS Consulting Group comments. |
