2021: Putin awarded awards to developers of new methods of cancer therapy among which there is a Karanakhan technology

In February, 2021 Vladimir Putin signed the decree on award to young scientists of presidential awards in the field of science and innovations at the end of 2020. In particular, an award the senior research associates of Institute of cytology and genetics of the Siberian department of RAS for creation of two methods of treatment of patients with malignant tumors and formation of basic provisions of new ideology of the personified antineoplastic medicine received.

The first technology represents the use of the new domestic medicine "Panagen" developed by group of authors coordinated with chemotherapy on the basis of the fragmented two-chained DNA. It is shown that medicine not only reduces negative effects of chemotherapy, but also promotes activation of antineoplastic immunity. Applicants successfully conduct preclinical researches, the first and second phases of clinical trials of the medicine "Panagen" at cancer therapy of a mammary gland.

Putin awarded awards to developers of new methods of cancer therapy

Based on clinical trials of technology the five-year bezretsidivny survival of patients with IIIB-and IIIC stages of a breast cancer increased by two and a half times in comparison with the placebo group and historical control.

The second technology – Karanakhan, represents a unique trial and error method of the mode of injections a cytostatics blocking cell fission and medicine on the basis of DNA individually for each tumor. Combined action of two active substances is resulted by destruction of tumor cells, including stem tumor cells.

By February, 2021 the technology passed successful tests on experimental tumors of a mouse and tumors of the person. Therapy on Karanakhan technology represents as independent option of treatment of malignant tumors, and can be "platform" for more effective use of any antineoplastic means and technologies.[1]
