2021: The beginning of HR transformation based on SAP SuccessFactors
On February 12, 2021 SAP CIS announced that the international holding Dyninno Group began HR transformation with SAP SuccessFactors in connection with implementation of the updated strategy. Divisions of group provide a big range of products and services in three business directions – tourism, entertainments and finance – more than in 50 markets worldwide (data for February, 2021). In total in the company about 3000 employees work. EKOPSI company acted as the partner in implementation.
Growth of the company in 2019 was about 40% – such expansion of business demanded implementation of more relevant HR tools. To avoid a high staff turnover and strong rotation of employees, to increase productivity of a human capital, to provide the company with good tools for personnel management, the management of holding decided to focus on development of talents and potential of specialists in the company. The decision to create the uniform corporate culture focused on result, to increase process performance of hiring and adaptation of employees, to create individual approach to development of each employee and to automate daily processes was made to release time for important strategic tasks.
The project began with implementation of the modules SAP SuccessFactors on data management, process automation of selection, adaptation and building of work with goal setting and assessment. Already in the first half of the year 2021 in a system it is going to expose the purposes for employees, and further - to implement modules on career development and training. At first the SAP solution SuccessFactors will be deployed at the key offices located in Chisinau and Riga, and until the end of 2021 Dyninno Group is going to connect to this system other divisions from other countries.
In recent years the group very actively grows, and we expect not less rapid growth in the future in this connection we had a high requirement significantly to raise efficiency of all processes and the practician connected with a key asset of group - people. We defined strategy under the name "People — the Most Valuable Capital" for which execution support it is crucial to us to create a uniform HR system which would allow us to move to qualitatively other level in human capital management of the company. For its implementation we selected SAP SuccessFactors for its complexity.
