Gazprombank began to monitor use of means Skolkovo

Gazprombank began to monitor use of a fund Skolkovo. The agreement assuming rendering service of bank maintenance of grants which are provided on support of pilot projects of implementation of domestic digital technologies it was announced on February 15, 2021.

Within cooperation which is calculated till 2024 Gazprombank will help Skolkovo Foundation to reduce risks of inappropriate use of means by receivers of grants with a total amount of 5 billion rubles.

In particular, as noted in a joint statement, the service of Gazprombank will help Skolkovo Foundation to provide control of expenses of receivers of grants, their compliance to the agreement signed with fund through the system of the separate accounts opened for receivers of grants. The projects supported by fund are aimed at the development of the Russian products, services and the solutions created based on digital technologies and at digital transformation of the priority industries.

The signed agreement is one of the first similar projects of mutually beneficial cooperation of bank and institutes of development that will allow to expand considerably a scope of bank maintenance and to attract in bank of new clients to increase in presence of bank at the projects connected with the innovative solutions and digital technologies — the executive vice president of Gazprombank, the head of the department of bank support of contracts Oleg Melnikov said.

As noted on the website "Skolkovo", the service of bank maintenance is demanded when implementing private and state investment projects in the field of construction, projects of the oil and gas industry and other branches of the economy, allows to provide control of expenses on national projects and federal target programs.^[1]
