MIAN-real estate agency (1C: Accounting)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) implemented a single automated system of accounting for 20 regional and the Moscow MIAN real estate agency of divisions which is a part of Kopernik Group. Using the solution "1C: Accounting 8" 50 jobs are automated.

Prerequisites

The program of regional expansion of MIAN company within which in 2008 representations in 20 cities of Russia were open, assumed creation of the unified information system of accounting. Among the main requirements imposed to it - a possibility of operational obtaining information on a status and the movement of financial flows of all departments of the company, reduction of labor costs on accounting and a reporting preparation.

For these purposes "1C: Accounting 8" based on "1C:Enterprise 8" was recognized an optimal solution. The contractor of the project selected BIT company.

Project

During the project specialists of BIT:

• work of regional departments is automated and access to uniform information base is organized;
• the mechanism of import of data from front office programs to "1C: Accounting 8" is implemented;
• accounting by transactions, a real estate and clients is provided;
• separation of access rights of accountants and also management accountants in regions and in Moscow is performed;
• training of staff of the MIAN agency is provided and consultations on preparation of the regulated reporting on the basis of the imported data are rendered.

Result

In a project deliverable the single system which allowed to keep accounting on regional departments in one base is created and to make the regulated reporting on the basis of these data. It allowed MIAN to reduce the labor costs connected with need of collecting and data processing, received from different information systems, to accelerate processing of primary documents and to reduce time of obtaining information on settlement with clients, noted in BIT.

Besides, in a project frame specialists of BIT provided a possibility of accounting of one real estate in several transactions, registration of operations with triple agreements between the buyer, the seller and the intermediary.
