The portal of joint work of the distributed groups in MTS allows to optimize collective work of employees on the general project documentation and also to exercise planning and control of the project progress.
Project Description
The informational portal constructed by specialists of Kvazar-Micro.Ru on the basis of the platform * IBM WebSphere allows the staff of the company to optimize joint work and to spend less time for decision making on project activity.
The developed portal includes the following sections: node of news, reference book by employees, structured storage of documents, uniform forum and node of search.
Separate work areas for user groups and project teams are implemented on the product EMC Documentum eRroom.
Using possibilities of the portal of joint work, employees, depending on access rights, can exercise control of a priority of documents, publish news and articles of the knowledge base, to keep the general calendars, to manage requests, tasks, problems and risks and also to create discussions and forums and to perform information search, including full-text search in documents of a packet Microsoft Office
