2021 - Implementation of SAP Financial Consolidation

On February 19, 2021, Sheremetyevo International Airport (MASH) announced that it had commissioned an automated reporting consolidation system based on the SAP Financial Consolidation (FC) solution. The project was implemented jointly with SAP Services CIS experts.

The SAP FC module automates two processes: preparation of consolidated financial financial statements for IFRS RAS and consolidated management statements for IFRS. The move to this solution is expected to help reduce the time required to prepare, audit, and issue reports, as well as improve its quality by reducing manual operations and implementing automatic controls.

Using the SAP FC module, MIS automates all the main processes related to financial consolidation, from the accumulation of subsidiaries' initial data to the calculation of business performance indicators and the collection of reports.

The SAP solution supports the consolidation of various data categories (plan/actual/forecast) of the reporting period.

Airport specialists use consolidation tools with a built-in control system (more than 500 indicators), which allows you to build reliable reporting for internal and external consumers. The easy-to-use GUI provides users with extensive self-service capabilities.

According to representatives of the airport, this full-featured solution will reduce the reporting time of MASH JSC and increase its auditability, which is an important factor for auditors, creditors and investors.
