2021: Creation of the "Personal Office of a Member of the Board of Directors"

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the New Siberian Institute of Software Systems (NIPS), a member of the Automatics Concern of Rostec State Corporation, created the Personal Account of a Member of the Board of Directors information system for corporate governance bodies of joint-stock companies. The "Personal Office of a Member of the Board of Directors" provides for the prompt search of information necessary for the work: documents, reference data about employees, a list of organizations where the user is a member of the board of directors with the ability to view all data about the company.

Members of the board of directors are informed about the agenda of the meetings, receive materials on issues put to the vote, as well as the date of the meeting. In the system, it is possible to conduct full-time and absentee voting, form a special opinion. It accelerates the process of receiving and processing decision-making documents.

The system is characterized by a high level of information security - all work in the personal account is carried out with data protection and access rights control (encryption according to customized GOST/AES standards and a secure data transfer protocol), the level of data protection of the system is comparable to the banking sector.

It is also possible in the system to use an electronic signature according to GOST for legal significance, which reduces the paper flow.

Remote operation facilitates a convenient, intuitive web interface of the system. You can use your personal account both on your computer and on a tablet and smartphone. Additionally, the system supports Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, 1C, Microsoft Outlook and other popular applications, which can be synchronized with them if necessary.
