2020: Digitalization of project activities based on PM Forsyth

Proektnaya PRAKTIKA Group implements a number of projects on development of the Information management system of proektamipensionny fund of Russia with use "PM Forsythe".

Cooperation between FIU and Project Practice began in 2013-2014 with a project to finalize the Automated Project Management System of the Personal Accounting Information Center. Within the framework of the project, a functional unit for managing project portfolios was created and a number of other components of the Automated System were improved. Significant changes were made to the project management subsystem, one of the components of the Automated Project Management System of the Personal Accounting Information Center.

The next stage of digitalization of the FIU began in 2015 with the creation of the Informatization Project Management Information System on the basis of PM Forsyth, which was intended to form a unified environment for working with projects, track the effective spending of budget funds and increase the effectiveness of digitalization measures through the introduction of project management principles and control tools.

In 2016, the program module "Project and Work Execution Management" was developed as part of the component "Planning and monitoring of ICT activities" of the strategic management subsystem IT (SUIT) AIS FIU-2. A year later, Project Practice implemented a number of projects to improve project management processes for the FIU IT unit and provided operational support to the ISUP. By the end of 2018, a mobile client was developed for the Information Management System for informatization projects for the top management of the FIU: board members, department heads and their deputies.

A number of RPF digitalization projects have enabled effective management of interconnected projects, providing information support for management decisions by providing operational information on the actual status of projects and budget execution. The system developed by Project Practice combined the FIU territorial divisions into a single complex and brought the participation of management in projects to a qualitatively new level.
