On February 20, 2021, RosDorBank announced the planned implementation and industrial operation of the iDProfil product.
The bank has a need for faster, without unnecessary communications, processing of electronic applications for opening new client accounts, for which it is necessary to quickly interact with many divisions of the bank in a single information field. The task was to unite and establish interaction between corporate client departments, legal, financial monitoring, account identification and opening, and security services. The most optimal solution for the financial institution was the database with an electronic dossier, which is planned to be integrated into the ABS, and the automatic system for checking notifications of updating information in the Unified State Register/EGRIP.
In PJSC RosDorBank there will be an "Electronic Client Dossier (Client Questionnaire)," which will use not only various sets of modules of the iDBank system, but also all its functionality, as well as confirmed information from the Federal Tax Service, FSSP, FIU, Ministry of Internal Affairs, FOMS, "Universal Service Service for obtaining the results of state service.
The iDProffil product primarily saves the time of the client and bank employees to process applications and data. The quality of the received information verification is improved. This optimization is facilitated by legally significant data obtained through SMEV, automated checks on internal lists and bank lists, a smart assistant and other useful functions, "said product-manager iDSystems Yevgeny Borisov. |
As a result, client questionnaires at the bank will be completed and checked quickly, correctly and automatically by all the necessary departments, with the input of data received through SMEV. It is possible to use EDS. All this is a single information window for transparency of checking between departments with indication of statuses and results.
