The Aplana Software company began the project on implementation of the CRM system in investment and construction holding of Moreton Group. Within the project it is going to develop and implement support system of sales of a real estate based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, to integrate the CRM system with call center of Cisco Systems and the accounting system of 1C.

The Moreton group is the multidisciplinary investment and construction, management company consisting of the companies which specialization allows to perform all project implementation phases - from intention and creation of the architectural concept before construction and commissioning of the object with the subsequent operation. In the market since 1994.

For the purpose of quality improvement of the services rendered to clients, ensuring convenient and effective process of selection of the real estate and transactions, the company management Moreton made the decision on implementation of the CRM system. For development and deployment of a system the Aplana company was selected.

Within the project, using the implemented system it is going to automate a full stroke of sale of a real estate – from the first address of the client before agreement signature about sale of an object with an accurate regulation of actions of employees. In the CRM system managers and agents will be able to keep detailed information on participants of transactions and results of interaction with them, and company management to control sales process of the real estate and activity of employees.
