2022: Results of VR simulator use
The results educational VR of the project on March 3, 2022 were provided. State Inspectorate for Real Estate
Exactly one year turned out to be the project of the State Inspectorate for Real Estate, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital, to introduce virtual reality technologies in the training of inspectors. More than 350 specialists were trained on special simulators.
During the project, more than 350 employees, trainees and trainees were trained using virtual reality simulators. Future and current specialists were able to virtually check the business center, store or cafe and identify violations. According to the training results, we see that the time for adapting and developing new skills and skills by employees was reduced from 6 to 1 month, and the time spent by mentors on training inspectors decreased by 45%. An interactive game model with realistic urban scenery and 3D characters is much easier and more effective in helping you learn new information and gain professional skills. We can confidently say that VR training has become an indispensable link in the process of adapting our future specialists, "said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the State Inspectorate for Real Estate. |
The re-creation of real conditions makes it possible, on the one hand, to completely immerse itself in the working atmosphere, and, on the other hand, to make the first steps and possible errors not on the present object, but within the framework of the educational model. A 360-degree panoramic format and view simulates the presence of an inspector at the facility - for example, in the building of a business center, store, cafe. The developers also took care of the details of the urban environment: in the virtual world there are passers-by, birds and animals. During the training, various working situations were modeled: inspection of buildings, interaction with owners and tenants, identification of self-construction.
The project allows you to instill and hone the key skills for the inspector's work: to inspect a building or building, measure its parameters, identify violations, communicate correctly and strictly within the framework of the law with users of an illegal object.
Thus, a student can enter into a dialogue with a conditional owner of real estate. At the same time, he needs to comply with certain requirements: for example, present a certificate and, if a violation is detected, hand over an order to eliminate it.
According to Vladislav Ovchinsky, by the time he enters the first facility, the novice inspector already has a clear understanding of how the survey is going, how to act in a particular situation, how to resolve conflicts with owners and tenants.
2021: Use of VR simulators to train inspectors
The State Inspectorate for the Control of the Use of Real Estate in Moscow on February 24, 2021 announced that it had introduced virtual reality technologies to train inspectors.
With the help of VR simulators, state inspection specialists can work out key professional skills and recreate conditions close to the real work of inspectors. Special simulators at the initiative of the State Inspectorate for Real Estate were developed at the Moscow State University of the Moscow Government named after Yu.M. Luzhkova.
The State Inspectorate for Real Estate is among the departments that actively use modern technologies in their work - software algorithms, quadrocopters, artificial intelligence, etc. The next step in developing this strategy was the use of VR technologies in training employees.
"Using the VR system, you can virtually walk along a Moscow street, inspect a business center, store or cafe. A 360 degree panoramic format and view gives a complete feeling of being on site. For effective training in a virtual environment, various working situations are modeled as realistically as possible: surveying buildings, identifying self-construction, monitoring compliance with seasonal cafe accommodation requirements, interaction with owners and tenants. The project will help beginners adapt faster and develop the necessary skills and skills, improve the skills of existing employees, learn how to manage conflict situations, effectively identify violations in land and property relations and make our city even safer, "said Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations. |
For the survey, the inspector has the opportunity to choose the appropriate tool - for example, a tablet for photofixing buildings or a rangefinder for measuring the parameters of the building.
"If signs of self-building are identified, the inspector will be able to conduct a dialogue with 3D characters who play the role of property owners, as well as use the joystick to virtually use the certificate and hand them an order to eliminate the violation. Scenarios allow for different scenarios, and the inspector must choose the correct version, the correct answer. At the same time, additional characters - passers-by on the street, animals, birds - will help create the most realistic urban situation, "said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the State Real Estate Inspectorate. |
Based on the results of the training, participants will be able to get an assessment of their decisions and actions in proposed situations.
