Implementation of the automated control system for personnel of Kontur-Personal allowed the leading Russian developer of aviation units of different function to create the common information space ensuring effective functioning of the services and divisions connected with personnel management at the enterprise.

Project Objective

Effective development of NPP Aerosila sharply set the task of business process optimization and formation of a common information space for the management of the enterprise. Realizing that one of the main competitive advantages in global economy are innovations and a human capital as their carrier, the management of the enterprise selected formation of a single system of personnel management from quality of one of the priority directions of business optimization. It was required that the new solution would allow the company to implement modern HR techniques and to increase quality of human resource management of the enterprise.

Project Features

NPP Aerosila is the leading Russian developer and the producer of aircraft air screws, vintoventilyator, auxiliary turbine jets (VGTD) and also aviation units of different function among which hydro mechanical adjusters of rotating speed of air screws and power mechanisms with the built-in reducers for airplanes and changeable arrow-shapedness of a wing, oil pumps, air regulators, etc.

It is also necessary to note that the rroizvodstvenno-technology base NPP Aerosila except the park of universal machines, has the high-precision modern domestic and import equipment, machines and the processing software-controlled centers and contains a broad spectrum of the technology sections including mechanical metal working, casting from staly and color alloys, welding, chemical heat treatment of different materials, electrodeposits and special technologies for production of blades from metal and polymeric composition materials.

Complexity of production and technology base of the enterprise imposed restrictions for the choice of software products for its automation. The flexible software solutions allowing to consider a set of features of business processes of the enterprise and also to conduct completion and development of the implemented system by forces of IT department of NPP Aerosila and having high-quality technical support on places were necessary. Owing to the last circumstance, especially attentively the Russian solutions were considered by the management of the enterprise.

Project Progress

After the carried-out analysis of the automated control systems for personnel presented at the Russian market on set of factors, as an optimal solution the Russian HR system "Kontur-Personal" which is developed by the Ekaterinburg company "SKB Kontur" was selected.

By the time of the beginning of an implementation project of system "Kontur-Personal" over 1500 employees worked for NPP Aerosila. A project objective was creation at plant of the unified information system ensuring functioning of the services and divisions connected with personnel management.

In the project progress in a common information space all business processes of the company connected with personnel management were reduced. System "Kontur-Personal" was implemented in personnel department, the main accounting and the management of NPP Aerosila. In total in the project progress more than 200 jobs were automated.

Project Results

According to project participants, all objects set in its course, were completely reached. Now the full-fledged personnel management system coordinating all business processes connected with human capital management of the company in a common information space works for NPP Aerosila. In system "Kontur-Personal" the staff list, the personnel, military, organic, personified records, payroll, accounting of veterans, personnel trainings and many other things is kept.

In the project progress at plant the electronic checkpoint for a time recording which in real time transfers all necessary information to system "Kontur-Personal" was also implemented.

It is remarkable that system maintenance of Kontur-Personal is made on a centralized basis from a workplace of the system administrator by forces of specialists of plant. They can independently conduct development of a system, adding in it the new features meeting the arising requirements of actively upcoming business.
