The bank's offices, located in 20 cities of Russia, employ more than 2,000 people as of February 2021, each of whom is not just a regular unit, but a person with his own views, opinion, ideas and difficulties. In 2020, Tochka Bank, like thousands of organizations around the world, faced challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. In such conditions, the company needed an effective contactless MCDS, which poses a reliable barrier to infection.

The decision was made by biometric Quasar terminals from Biosmart performing identification employee by person. As part of the pilot implementation, 20 terminals were installed in the head office of the bank in: Yekaterinburg this equipment appeared on the central entrance hall, at the entrance from the parking lot and on each floor of the building.

Thus, bank employees were able to go to work places without touching turnstiles, buttons or readers, which multiply increased the hygienicity and anti-viral potential of the system.
