The hardware-software complex "Electronic case" allowing to perform stream scanning of the documents coming to court is implemented. Documents in the scanned packs are separated by means of barcodes, will be recognized, will be transformed to the Searchable PDF format. Then documents in the PDF format and also their details, are located in IBM FileNet storage. Integration into the software for scanning and also with the software package "Judicial and Arbitration Office-work" of production of CROC company is implemented. This solution allowed to receive a complete analog of legal case in electronic form with opportunities of rekvizitny and full-text search, shared access to case papers that excluded need of repeated photocopying of paper materials and increased availability of information to judges and the staff of court. The platform is IBM FileNet.
