Biosurf

The main activity of the company is the production of the drug "Surfactant-BL" in doses of 25 and 75 mg, as well as the study of the use of the drug for new indications.

Initially, the company was based on employees of the medical biotechnology department of the Central Research Radiological Institute of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation: biotechnologists, pharmacologists, pharmacists, biochemists, physiologists, morphologists and process engineers who had extensive experience in the creation and production of liposome and emulsion drugs. These are highly qualified specialists who have a large range of knowledge and practical skills in the analytical and preparatory chemistry of proteins, nucleic acids and lipids.

Over time, the Biosurf team has expanded with specialists with experience in organizing pharmaceutical production based on GMP requirements. In December 2013, Biosurf received an indefinite license to carry out the production of medicines - organic drugs. The production also includes a quality control laboratory. Many years of experience connect the company with medical workers who, in practice, during this time were able to verify the pharmacological properties of the drug Surfactant-BL, became allies of the company for the use of the drug.
