MIAC Perm Region

In accordance with the Decree of the Administration of the Industrial District of Perm dated 25.05.1994 No. 340, the State Institution "Regional Medical Information and Computing Center" was created, renamed by order of the Department of Health of the Administration of the Perm Region dated 30.11.1998 No. 260 to the State Medical Institution "Regional Bureau of Medical Statistics and Informatics," which, in turn, was renamed the Perm Regional Medical Information and Analytical Center by order of the Health Administration of the Perm Region dated 06.02.2002 No. 55.

In accordance with the order of the Health Department of the Perm Region dated 05.05.2004 No. 232 "On the Reorganization of the POMIAC State Health Institution" Perm Regional Medical Information and Analytical Center "by joining it, the State Department" Regional Medical Library "was reorganized.

In connection with the formation of the Perm Territory, the State Health Institution "Perm Regional Medical Information and Analytical Center" in accordance with the Order of the Agency for the Management of Institutions of the Perm Territory dated 02.02.2007 No. 7 "On Amending the Charters of State (Regional) Health Institutions and Approving the New Edition of the Statutes of State (Regional) Health Institutions" was renamed to the State Health Health "Perm.

On the basis of the decree of the Government of the Perm Territory dated 05.04.2011 No. 63-rp, by changing the type of state health care institution "Perm Regional Medical Information and Analytical Center," the Perm Regional Medical Information and Analytical Center was created, which, in accordance with the order of the Agency for the Management of Health Institutions of the Perm Territory dated 28.11.2011 No. SED-28-01-04-258 "On the Reorganization of the State State Health Institution of the Perm Territory" Perm Regional Medical Information and Analytical Center "was reorganized in the form of joining the Perm Regional Center for Quality Control and Certification of Medicines."

In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Perm Territory dated 24.09.2015 No. SED-34-01-06-763 "On the Reorganization of the State State Health Institution of the Perm Territory" Perm Regional Medical Information and Analytical Center "and the State State Health Institution of the Perm Territory" Bureau of Medical Statistics - Information and Analytical Center "in the form of merger," and in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Perm Territory of 03.11.2015 No. SED-34-01-06-944 "On Amending the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Perm Territory of September 24, 2015 No. SED-34-01-06-763" was reorganized into the State State Health Institution of the Perm Territory "Medical Information and Analytical Center." The reorganization was carried out in the form of a merger.

Activity of the Institution:

• implementation of a unified state policy in the field of improving the health system by introducing new projects, technologies, including using modern computer technologies, an intersectoral system for collecting, processing and storing and presenting information that provides a dynamic assessment of the state of health of the population and the activities of medical organizations of the Perm Territory, information support for making decisions aimed at improving them;
• organization of collection, processing, storage and analysis of medical statistics of the activities of health institutions of the Perm Territory, the state of health of the population and management of the system of medical statistical accounting and reporting in state health institutions of the Perm Territory.
